All prices exclude Spanish VAT (IVA), currently 21%. The figure we quote is the figure you pay: there is no charge for changing a paragraph halfway through.
- Landing page €400
One page for a single service or an ad campaign.
- Restaurant site €600
Menu on the page itself — not a PDF nobody can read on a phone — bookings and Google profile connected.
- Business site €800
One page per service, using the words your customer actually types. This is the one that ranks.
- Online shop €1,200
WooCommerce or Shopify, payments, shipping and returns explained before the basket. Up to 20 products loaded.
- Shop with catalogue €3,000
100 products loaded, categories and filters, for businesses already selling.
- Custom build from €3,000
When it genuinely needs programming: bookings, client portals, integration with your management software.
Multilingual, done so that Google can see it
This is the single most common mistake we find on Costa del Sol websites. The site has a flag icon that swaps the text with an automatic translator, the address never changes, and so Google only ever indexes the Spanish version. Someone searching in English from two streets away never finds it.
Doing it properly means one URL per language, hreflang tags so Google understands they are the same page in another language rather than duplicate content, and a human translation of the pages that actually sell. You do not need the whole site translated: the home page, your best-margin service and the contact page will do more than thirty pages half-translated by a machine.
One warning we give everyone: do not advertise in a language you cannot answer the phone in. Promising English service and then not having it is worse than not offering it.
What decides whether a site sells
It is not the design. It is four unglamorous things almost nobody checks before signing a quote:
It loads on mobile data
A site that takes five seconds loses half its visitors before they see anything. Test it on 4G, not on your office wifi.
The phone is one thumb away
In a local business most conversions are a phone call. If the number has to be hunted for, there isn't one.
One page per service
A single page that covers everything ranks for nothing specific. One per service multiplies the ways in.
Google can read it
Structure, titles and structured data from day one, not bolted on later. A beautiful site Google does not understand is a brochure.
Questions we get asked
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, you get full access and there is no lock-in. If you ever want to move it to another provider, you move it. It is what we ask for when we hire someone, so it is what we give.
Can you build it in English and Spanish?
Yes, and it is worth doing properly. Each language needs its own URL — /en/services, /es/servicios — plus hreflang tags. A translate button that swaps the text without changing the address does not get indexed, so for Google that English version does not exist.
How long does it take?
A landing page, one or two weeks. A business site, three to four. An online shop with a full catalogue, five to eight. The clock starts when we have the content, which is where nearly every project actually stalls.
Do I have to pay a monthly fee?
Only if you want maintenance, which starts at €30 a month and covers backups, updates, security and changes. It is optional. A WordPress site left alone for two years, though, eventually gives someone a bad afternoon.
