Social media management in Málaga

Planning, content and community for businesses on the coast, in English, in Spanish or in both. We film it ourselves.

Ask about social

The problem with most social media packages

They are a content calendar filled with stock images and captions that could belong to any business in Europe. It looks busy, it costs money every month, and it sells nothing, because nobody has ever chosen a restaurant because of a photograph of somebody else's food.

What works on this coast is your own place, your own people and your own product, filmed properly. That is slower and it is the only version worth paying for. We have a camera, a small studio wall in the office and people whose job is to use them.

What a month looks like

  • One filming session

At your premises or ours, producing enough vertical video and stills for the month. This is the part that makes the difference and the part most agencies skip.

  • Planning and writing

What goes out, when and why, in the language your customers use. Agreed with you in advance, not published and explained afterwards.

  • Publishing and community

Posting, replying to comments and messages, and passing on anything that looks like an actual enquiry the same day.

  • A monthly report

Reach and engagement, and more importantly what led to a message, a booking or a visit. Short enough that you will read it.

What we need from you

  • Access to your own accounts. They stay in your name, always.
  • A couple of hours for the filming session, at a time that suits your business.
  • Somebody who can answer a question about the product when we have one.
  • Honesty about what you will not publish. Better said at the start than discovered later.
  • Patience for the first six weeks, which are always the slowest.
  • Telling us when an enquiry turns into a customer, so we know what is working.

Questions

Which networks?

Usually Instagram and Facebook, often TikTok, sometimes LinkedIn if you sell to other businesses. Not all of them at once: spreading the same effort across five networks gives you five weak accounts.

In English or Spanish?

Either, or both. On this coast the honest answer is usually both, because your customers are split, and that means writing each version properly rather than posting one caption in two languages stacked on top of each other.

Is there a minimum term?

No lock-in on social media. We ask that you give it two months before judging it, because the first weeks are mostly building the material, but you are free to stop.

Do we own the photos and videos?

Yes. Everything filmed for you is yours to use anywhere, including after you stop working with us.
